WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES?

  1. The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at the Destination County Customs either our shipper FedEx, or the Customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. In some circumstances FedEx is required to pay certain duties and taxes in advance, on a customer's behalf.
  2. For instance, FedEx may pay an advance fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to Customs release or prior to certain items clearing customs. In these instances, FedEx will assess an Advancement Fee surcharge that will be billed to the party designated to pay duties and taxes. Please be advised that Jerry Harvey Audio LLC has no control over these charges. The actual amount charged by customs may differ for each country.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES ON REPAIRS?

  1. **International Repair Shipping Procedures**
  2. International shipments are subject to import duties and taxes (VAT). To avoid these additional charges when shipping International repairs to Jerry Harvey Audio LLC, a Foreign Shipper’s Declaration Form must be filled out and sent with the package. Jerry Harvey Audio LLC reserves the right to charge you for any fees incurred at time of package receipt due to failure of proper return procedures.

  1. Due to the nature of our products, payment must be received before new custom IEM orders or repairs will be added to our production schedule.

RETURN POLICY


CUSTOM IEM ORDERS

  1. If you opt to cancel your order of Custom IEM before we build the Product, you must cancel the order within 24 hours or 1 business day after the order is placed. We will process your refund within 5 business days. It may take longer than 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We are unable to offer a refund after a custom IEM has been built or after the manufacturing process has been started. Cancellations are subject to an administrative/restocking fee of 20%.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

  1. May be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for repair after obtaining a RMA number. You must ship the Product(s)to JHAudio within 10 business days from RMA submission.
  2. If you received incorrect or damaged merchandise, we will provide you with a paid label for return shipping.
  3. All paperwork, including warranties and instructions, must be returned along with the original packaging. Place the manufacturer’s box into a shipping box (plastic bags are not sufficient packaging). DO NOT put any stickers, labels, tape, or marks on the original manufacturer’s packaging.

NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE


  2. Custom IEM sales are final sale. No refunds will be given on custom IEM orders.
  3. Other items, such as accessories or apparel, may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date after obtaining an RMA number. You must ship the Product(s) to JHAudio within 10 business days from RMA submission.
  4. May be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
  5. Must be returned in new and resalable condition in the original packaging. Items damaged or showing signs of use are not returnable.Items missing will be subject to additional charges.
  6. All paperwork, including warranties and instructions, must be included along with the original packaging. Place the manufacturer’s box into a shipping box. DO NOT put any stickers, labels, tape or marks on the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  7. Freight charges incurred due to returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use FedEx or UPS with insurance for returns. JHAudio cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

RETURNS PROCEDURE:

  6. Product serial number, if applicable
  7. Reason for return. If defective, describe specifically what is wrong.
  8. Merchandise should be packaged in such a way as to protect the product and its packaging.

  10. Include a copy of the original invoice in the package.

We do not store any of your payment card details on our systems. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user.

SUBMISSION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
